The entire stretch from Ransoo Bridge to Bhawan creating a distance of three and half Kms is being laid with concrete tiles by the Public Works Department Reasi.

Four Shelter Sheds are under construction on the Track and more sheds will be constructed in the coming years. Pilgrims can take rest under these sheds.

Three toilet blocks in the route has been constructed for the conveniences of the Pilgrims. A number of Safai Karamcharis has been engaged for cleaning of Track and Toilet Blocks. Dustbins for throwing litters are being installed at regular intervals for providing clean environment.

Sangar Water Supply Scheme has been commissioned to provide water to cave area and track. Water points/ coolers have also been installed to provide clean Water. However, the Shrine Board has taken up construction of water pedestal at regular intervals.

45 meter long Exit Tunnel has been constructed, which was thrown open during Shivratri Mela 2006. Shiv Kumar Sancheti Infrastructure Ltd constructed this tunnel under the Guidance and Supervision of Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd. Construction of this Tunnel is a major breakthrough in the history of yatra of Shivkhori. It was constructed in a record period of 30 days and it increases the clearing capacity of cave to 20,000 pilgrims per day.

Office-cum-Guest house with estimated cost of 60 lakhs is under construction at Ransoo, The base Camp of the Shrine.

Tourism Department has recently constructed a Tourist Reception Center at Ransoo with tourist-assistance and accommodation facilities at Ransoo. One Sarai with accommodation facilities to the yatries just short of the Bhawan has also been constructed by Tourism Department.

Power Development Department has created sufficient infrastructure for proper electric supply enroute to cave and Bhawan area. SSKSB is running Three generators for power backup. Entire track has been illuminated with high power sodium lights.

Yatra Registration Counter has been established at Ransoo for registration of pilgrims.

Pony-Pithoo-Palkies are also available for convenience of the yatries. Shrine Board has established two prepaid counters for providing assistance to the yatries at fixed rates.

STD/PCO/ISD facility has been made available at Bhawan recently.

A First Aid Center at Bhawan and Clinic at Ransoo has been set up for providing medical facilities to the pilgrims.

Cloak Room has been established at Bhawan & One Cloak Room and a Bhaint shop is under construction at Ransoo.

Extensive plantation for protecting environment and increasing greenery in the area is also undertaken.
